Dunbia Butchery academy visit 8/12/15
Mr Jack Dobson invited fourteen pupils to visit the Granville Dunbia Butchery Academy. The tour was guided by Steven Dobson, a past pupil and Manager at Dunbia. It focused on award winning Apprentice butcher Alan Hamilton. Pupils were amazed at the amount of teamwork and technology involved in the meat production process.
Mr Jack Dobson, winner of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of The Year and founder and co-owner of the Dunbia Group, photographed at a special assembly at his old school, Drumglass High School. Mr Dobson gave an inspirational talk to all Year 11 and Year 12 pupils about his business life and offered pupils some good advice.
