Springboard Future Chef Competition

Huge congratulations to GCSE Food & Nutrition students Tilly Montgomery and Sarah Hunter. Both girls travelled to South West College today to participate in the Springboard Future Chef competition.

The girls produced dishes that executed complex skills. Tilly created pan fried chicken with a mushroom risotto and Sarah produced creamy carbonara with pancetta and parmesan.

 

Both girls worked competently and did themselves and Drumglass High School proud. Well done girls!
