RELIGIOUS STUDIES OCN NI LEVEL 2 Certificate

This qualification is designed for learners who wish to develop knowledge and understanding in Religious Studies in order to make sense of the religious choices people make in today's society. It is intended that learners will develop empathy, respect and awareness of other religious beliefs and cultural diversity.

Assessment

​

Students will be assessed continually during the course through building a portfolio. This method of assessment will encourage learners to be more motivated and engaged to successfully complete the qualification.

Methods of assessment will include:

• Leaner notes/written work

• Learner log/diary

• Peer notes

• Record of observations

• Record of discussions
